Do you ever feel like you need something sweet to perk yourself? Do you find yourselves reaching for the biscuit tin or the chocolate bars?
I create this snack on a regular basis, not only is it healthy, rich in antioxidants and high in protein, it is also extremely delicious!
200G Alpro GO ON yoghurt
50-70g of frozen berries (depending on how much you like berries)
½ tsp cinnamon
Squeeze of lemon juice
Typically I like to just dump all the ingredients into the yoghurt pot but you can create it in any way you desire.
