Lets all start this year off with a bang, set yourselves goals. Weather it be health and fitness related goals, money goals or even work goals, no matter what it is you would like to achieve throughout 2017 never give up. Keep thriving for progression, keep working hard on that one person you see in the reflection. If you would have started a year ago you would be at your goal by now, don’t let another year go to waste.
SET A GOAL- set a goal for yourself, something you would like to achieve by the end of 2017 or even sooner. Within those long term goals set some short term goals to keep you on your toes.
STEPPING STONES- set smaller goals maybe weekly or monthly goals that will enable you to step the stones towards your main goal.
POSITIVE – Think positively about your goals and what it is that you want to achieve. Be optimistic about what you want and don’t be hard on yourself, keep striving for success but still have fun.
KEEP TRACK – keep track of how your goal reaching is going, analyse the positives and negatives throughout your journey. Make those negatives positive and those positives be progressed into something you would never have believed.
