So a few months into joining the gym I decided I needed all the new best things and bring all the latest clothes, shoes and personal equipment with me. This would include:
I got into weight lifting and a lot of it. I always tried to lift more and more weight where possible. I never really realised that it wasn't about the weight its more about how you feel. Even though I felt amazing and it was something completely different to the norm.
Anyway beside the point, I started to do different things in the gym and stopped heavy weight lifting. Obviously this was after a long period of time lifting weights. I narrowed down the things I took to the gym and it’s so much easier, not as many items as before and I’m still happy! I narrowed it down to this:
