When im in need of a light meal or snack ni typically go for courgette noodles, they are low calorie and a low carbohydrate food. To flavour them I use chilli flakes to give them a bbit of a kick, salt, pepper and olive oil.
I dont just leave them at that... no... for me to be satisfied I need to have some kind of healthy fats and protein in a meal. For this meal I have olive oil as the healthy fats and some meat free shredded hoisin duck created by Linda Mccartney Foods.
How to make the courgette noodles you ask? Well... you need a special device called a spiralizer, they can be bought in most supermarkets and practically everywhere online.
