Silken tofu nice cream is typically something I would eat for breakfast if I have had a bit of a cheat meal the day before or a higher calorie day. Its low in carbohydrates, packed with protein from the silken tofu and full of antioxidants from the berries. There is no better way to start the day!
1 block of silken tofu
100g mixed frozen berries
Natural sweetener to taste (I use stevia)
I find that this is also really tasty served with fresh fruit on top.
