Hi guys. I haven’t told you one important thing about myself. Well... I’m vegan! I know shock horror another person is vegan but you know what I love it. I feel more nourished from all the good plant based foods I'm eating, I know for a fact that I am healthier now then when I was a meat eater. I had a “good diet” for a meat eater but there wasn't really anything nutritious that I was eating, in my eyes that is anyway. When I ate meat most days I would have eggs, oats, chicken, potatoes, rice and some sort of vegetable mainly broccoli. Obviously that not a bad diet for a meat eater but I look at what I eat now; all the salads, vegetables, beans, grains and much more and in my eyes this is so much healthier and nutritious.
I became vegan for all the health benefits and not only that but to help save our animals, help our environment, to feel more energised and most importantly vegan food is so delicious!
